I have been working with Zoho Flow for two years and have used it in many projects where I use it for data integration from another website to Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator. I use webhooks in Zoho Flow to take data from websites and sync that data to Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and many more applications.

We use an IVR calling system that I can use directly in CRM to listen to call recordings. One of our clients needed to integrate Zoho Creator with the IVR system. I used APIs of IVR and integrated IVR to Zoho Creator, but faced an issue where I could not get the recording in Zoho Creator. To solve this problem, I used Zoho Flow. When a call ends, I suggested to the IVR team that I would give them a webhook, which triggers the data at the end of the call and that data comes into Zoho Flow. I wrote a custom function in Zoho Flow that creates a new record in the calling module in Creator and puts a public link of the call recording in the call module. I overcame that problem by using Zoho Flow webhooks.

Zoho Flow allows us to integrate Zoho applications with other applications and within Zoho applications. In the past 15 days, I have used Zoho Booking to integrate with Zoho CRM. I used Zoho Flow for that integration because it is efficient and not time-consuming. We can integrate Zoho Book with Zoho CRM in about 10 to 15 minutes using Zoho Flow. When I write a custom function, it takes around one to two hours and the chance of mistakes increases. When I use Zoho Flow, the chance of error decreases, which I find most valuable. However, I found some limitations in Zoho Flow, such as not being able to directly integrate with the Jira application. For that, I use Zapier to integrate Zoho CRM with the Jira application.

Currently, I have only integrated data between two Zoho applications. I do not have to use Zoho Flow to integrate other applications, except for the IVR system where I have used data integration by webhook.

It is scalable and provides a scalable solution where data integrity is measured and provides on-time solutions. I have not found any instances where it failed or had scalability issues.

It is reliable and data integrity is very important because I work with data. I have to create records from CRM to Creator, Creator to Flow, Flow to Form to Book, and Book to any of the applications. Data integrity is provided by Zoho Flow, making it scalable, stable, and reliable from a data perspective.

There could be integration with many other applications. For example, Jira applications cannot be integrated with Zoho Flow directly, which is why I use Zapier Flow.

I do not experience any challenges applying Zoho Flow. I can create a new flow in the folder, but first I must be clear about which trigger I need to create the flow for and which task I need to apply Zoho Flow to. If my criteria and vision are clear, and my task is clear, I will not find any issues with Zoho Flow. If I am unclear about my intention or aim, then I might experience issues with any flow and APIs. When I have a clear view and thought about when to trigger the flow and what task needs to be done, I rarely encounter any issues.

I have not required any technical support for Zoho Flow. I support my team when they are stuck in any task on Zoho Flow. One of my mentors, when I was an intern in a company, taught me Zoho Flow very clearly, which is why I have not required any support.

I started my career as a Zoho developer. Since the beginning of my career, I have used Zoho. I only use Zapier for Jira integration. Zoho Flow is better than Zapier Flow. For Jira integration or other applications that Zoho Flow does not provide a solution for, I have to use another application. Zoho Flow provides better solutions and is easier to use than Zapier.

I have used Zoho Flow only on one Zoho One license. I am not aware of the exact price, but it is quite less expensive than Zapier Flow.

If conditional logics are not in Zoho Flow, I have to write custom functions to create that feature. When there are conditional logics, I can use them directly which saves time, saves energy, and I can use it efficiently.

I have used the documentation. The API documentation is on the Zoho website where I can find the documentation for Zoho Flow. The documentations are very supportive. When I get stuck in any solution, reading the documentation helps me find many solutions, which is a great feature provided by Zoho.

Our organization provides us with a demo account on which we can customize applications and test cases as we want during holidays or any occasions. If we want to learn new things, we have a Zoho One demo account on which we can use any of the applications without conditions.
