What is our primary use case?
We use Claude. We mainly use Claude for our internal purposes. We prefer using Claude AI over ChatGPT through our subscription to C L A U D E dot AI.
Nowadays, we are mostly working with AI tools. Claude AI and Retell AI are our primary tools, and we are slowly getting more into AI agents and developing more AI agents. I am more focused towards AI now.
I am still associated with Teradata but my focus is more towards AI now.
We use Zoho Projects for project management. We have been using Zoho Mail and Zoho WorkDrive for more than two years. However, we only started using Zoho Projects in the last one and a half weeks.
Zoho WorkDrive is used for storage of the common assets.
What is most valuable?
We use Zoho WorkDrive for storing our project's data and accounting information to share with our internal accounting team. We store all outward and inward invoices in the shared drive so accounting can review them. This ensures we don't miss any invoices for GST returns. The monthly and quarterly GST returns and tax returns are helpful for sharing and securing our data.
We have recently integrated Zoho WorkDrive with Zoho Projects. The projects and tasks deliverables are attached to Zoho Projects through this configuration. Since we started using Zoho Projects, the utilization of Zoho WorkDrive has increased. It provides value by allowing us to save final deliverables and intermediate templates that are linked to our project management data.
One of the most valuable features is linking project data with files on Zoho WorkDrive. The tasks and deliverables for customers or internal storage are linked with the files, which saves us from rework and time spent finding templates and similar projects from the past. This enhances our efficiency.
What needs improvement?
I am happy with the performance and price, particularly the integration with Zoho Projects. They are integrating with AI which is fantastic. If they integrate more with GenAI to provide some interface with AI agents, that would be great. I am very satisfied with the service.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?
The stability rates at 9.5. It is perfectly stable. Stability is a deciding factor and is highly important. The stability of Zoho WorkDrive makes or breaks the decision whether we continue with the vendor or not.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
I would rate the scalability above nine. It works perfectly for small businesses. I have never experienced any problems with scalability.
How are customer service and support?
I would rate technical support at 9.5. They are excellent. I have never faced any technical problems or needed to contact them. When renewal is due, I receive sufficient alerts and instructions. Their renewal instructions and links are comprehensive.

I have not used any other solutions. I got Zoho WorkDrive and am quite satisfied with it.
What was our ROI?
It is difficult to calculate the return on investment. However, we definitely see high returns because we use it for collaborating with our teams.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
Microsoft and Google were other available options. Zoho WorkDrive provides equally good quality and is specifically designed for SMEs. Their marketing packages and charges are specially designed for small companies. The price is competitive, and the quality is more suitable for small companies compared to Microsoft or Google work drives, which are better suited for enterprise companies with bigger budgets. Zoho WorkDrive offers the same quality at a much lower cost, and in certain aspects, the quality surpasses that of large players.
The product is quite affordable. Compared to other products in the market, considering the quality it delivers, it is reasonably priced while maintaining and sometimes exceeding the quality of high-priced vendors.
What other advice do I have?
We use Retell and have opened a consultancy company in AI voice bots. We collaborate closely with Retell AI, which is a pioneer for AI voice agents.
Zoho WorkDrive functions as storage space for sharing documents across different teams and team members. The technical head handles version control aspects.
The deployment was very straightforward and easy for small businesses. Our company is categorized as an SME (small enterprise). The process was instantaneous after paying the subscription, and everything was automatic with minimal effort required.
