The Application plan has a set price but then the Platform and Unlimited ones are based on custom quotes. We were using Application for a while but needed to upgrade and received an offer based on our users. We have done research based on set prices of Appian’s competitors, and we are very happy with the price. I would not say it is overpriced - on the contrary, I believe it is more than fair. You should consult them for a price and see for yourself if it is satisfactory or not.
