I work at an Insurance company (size: 10000+ employees).

At the moment, we are reviewing two Business Process Management (BPM) tools (Pega BPM and Appian). and we want to get feedback from users based on their real-life experience and knowledge.

How would you estimate the ROI/cost-benefit analysis of each tool?
