SAP HANA is fairly easy to set up, however, I do not think a complete beginner can do it. You certainly need some preparation - either you need to have experience with similar solutions, or with other SAP products. I say this because we had some difficulties with the free trial version and then with setting up the version we purchased. The company provides you with the required documentation, but that alone will not be enough for someone who has never set up such a tool before. I think once you get past the initial steps, it takes a short period of time to learn how to work with it - the interface is quite user-friendly.

This not only took a long time, but it gave us a few complications. However, we managed to resolve it by working with our IT team and going over the product with the help of certified workers. From there, it is not a difficult product to start working with, you just may need an additional helping hand to actually get it started.
