The customer support team is very supportive and the solution is user-friendly. In addition to the multiple features, it's a good system. I would rate Acumatica a ten out of ten, I am very satisfied with the solution.
I would advise having somebody on staff who is familiar with SQL. If you want to put up any kind of special pages and want to have a kind of general inquiry or you want any calculations, you have to be able to write SQL. So, that's the biggest issue. I would rate Acumatica an eight out of 10.

In general, I would rate Acumatica a six out of 10 overall.
