The product is highly recommended for my enterprise customers due to its quality. The score for the product is between eight and ten, based on satisfaction levels. My clients are satisfied, but AvePoint Cloud Backup is costlier for smaller or medium-sized enterprises. Commercial discussions can be challenging on that front. I rate the overall solution a 9 out of 10.

The product offers features that support full automation. When it comes to Microsoft Teams, some products cannot back up private channels, but AvePoint Cloud Backup can do it. I recommend the product to others, considering that it is a stable product. The post-setup phase can be very convenient for the end users. The product is also very fast. To leverage AI to enhance backup and recovery capabilities, AvePoint Cloud Backup has options, like Microsoft Teams and a bot that helps people use AI to restore individual files. I rate the tool a nine out of ten.
Speaking about how AvePoint Cloud Backup has enhanced our company's clients' data protection strategy for Office 365, I would say that I don't work directly with the customers of the product. My company sells the product at the moment. I believe that the product offers better compliance, especially in areas like where and how the data is stored while being in control of the data to be safe if something happens. The features of AvePoint Cloud Backup that are most critical for data security needs stem from the fact that the product provides a trusted location for the data to be stored while also making sure that 100 percent of the data is retained or deleted whenever needed by the user. I believe that the fast backup provided by the product has improved our company's clients' operational efficiency. In my opinion, the product does not require any maintenance. I can't share any experiences of data recovery with AvePoint Cloud Backup during an outage or data loss incident since I haven't luckily faced such a situation. When comparing AvePoint Cloud Backup with Dynamics 365, Teams, and so on, one should follow and continue the use of new releases and services from Microsoft. From a service perspective, it is great that one also gets to use Microsoft Power Platform's features, which most other products don't cover. I rate the overall tool an eight out of ten.

We use AvePoint MyHub. We have AvePoint Cloud Records for records management. We also use the services of AvePoint Cloud Governance and the self-service portal for end users. Most of the services are okay. Overall, I rate the product an eight out of ten.

I would definitely recommend the solution to those planning to use it, especially if you can move your backup to a cloud after considering your company's compliance policies allow you to do so.
