For long-term strategic initiatives spanning a year to five years, I use Data Cloud mostly from an acute standpoint, and for longer-term initiatives, I use the reporting for longer-term purposes. I use it for monthly, quarterly, and yearly type reports.Mostly, I am a user, and when I have trouble, I go to my internal IT staff to help troubleshoot, or I go to the Salesforce side of things. If I am reaching out directly to Salesforce, it is a bad thing. I gave this review an overall rating of 8.

We are competing with AudioCodes. We are a software provider. We are evaluating the new CRM for our company right now. We use a local provider for CRM, and we are looking for another solution right now. We use Power BI; we prefer to use Power BI. We use Salesforce Professional, and the cloud both, the Salesforce for sales, that is the cloud solution, and the service for the support ticket. I have never used the Marketing Cloud. I have used Data Cloud. It is not a simple solution, but it is a powerful solution. Based on my experience, I would rate this solution an 8 out of 10.

It is considered the Data Cloud CRM now. We deployed it to approximately nine or ten people. On a scale of 1-10, I rate this solution a 7.

I rate my experience with Data Cloud a nine out of ten. The only improvement necessary concerns the complexity associated with customizability.
