Depot saves time, helps with cost optimization, improves productivity, and provides multiple tools that monitor activities such as load balancing, allowing me to manage my application smoothly, including creating multiple instances and many other things, which is sufficient for us. Depot's AI capabilities meet my expectations regarding governance and security, but because there is a vendor, we do depend on the cloud provider, and while data could be compromised as it is stored in a specific region, I can trust the cloud providers where we are storing our data, so it is all about trust. Regarding the accuracy and reliability of Depot's output, I would say it meets our expectation, but I have noticed issues that occur about 50-50% of the time; however, there is something we need to improve. Currently, I am using GCP for Depot, but I have previously worked with AWS and Azure, giving me experience with all three. I rated Depot an 8 out of 10 because it helps me improve productivity, saves a lot of time, guides me to optimize and reduce costs, and optimize the performance of containerized applications and managing load balancers.
My advice for others looking into using Depot is to be patient and to trust what the IT department advises. Do not rush things, and do not give your password to anybody. I rate this solution a nine out of ten.
