I love the product. Technically, it's one of the best, but not the best. I like it. It's very easy for me to control. There are a few things that seem a bit problematic. First is the two-factor authentication. If I want to use BIG-IP Access Policy Manager instead of NetScaler, it's not as good for ease of use and working with multifactor. With NetScaler, we can add the authenticator code directly to the Active Directory. In F5 BIG-IP Access Policy Manager, you can't do this. You need to use an iRule or an external management system, which I don't like. This is a real drawback for everyone using F5 BIG-IP Access Policy Manager. Regarding the WAF, it's the best.

However, a major benefit is the ability to use a single license for multiple technologies – VPN, load balancing, etc. This can be a significant advantage. Overall, I would rate the solution an eight out of ten. In my opinion, it is the best solution.

People who want to implement the product must ask for a POC and see if it fits their network needs. F5 is more than happy to provide a POC with a partner. We can check if everything is okay and decide whether they must buy the solution. My customers are fine with the functionalities that F5 provides. Overall, I rate the solution an eight and a half out of ten.

The F5 Access Policy Manager is something that I have experience with and I am happy with it. This is a product that I can recommend for others. At this point, we don't have requirements beyond what this product provides, so I cannot think of any additional features that it needs. I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.

They told us the risks and spent a few days updating our software. For this reason, they are a vendor I can trust. Honesty is important because there are a lot of allocation websites, personal information, and data at stake.
