Their GRC capabilities are pretty good regarding GoodAccess's AI capabilities. I have yet to test the functionality of their security roles for their AI integration, and I will look forward to possibly getting a walk-through from one of the account managers on that specific issue in the next week or two. Regarding GoodAccess's AI capabilities, it is very consistent. It does not require an overly complex prompting and has delivered consistent results for me over the last two weeks. GoodAccess is our network and access managing tool, and it allows for VPN and encryption for all of our endpoints. GoodAccess is mostly hybrid cloud for us. GoodAccess integrates with my existing security stack or other tools I use as most of my deployments and integrations are proprietary for the company. GoodAccess handles compliance requirements for my organization by being our NIST networking and security protocol. To maintain private health information for our clients and our clinics, we use GoodAccess as our network security and message trafficking private network. GoodAccess supports my organization's remote workforce or distributed teams at every endpoint, as well as back at our server on-premises. I monitor and manage user activity and access with GoodAccess through the user dashboard or the administrative dashboard. I handle updates and maintenance for GoodAccess mostly automated, and then I ensure that at each endpoint, it has received the correct process. My advice to others looking into using GoodAccess is that simplicity of use and ease of administrative metrics make it a top-notch opportunity for any SOC team or administrative role to employ this tool for all of their downstream customers. I really appreciate the program, the platform, and the support element from the human aspect of things. This has been a great experience so far with GoodAccess. My overall rating for GoodAccess is eight out of ten.
My advice for others looking into using GoodAccess is that it is a great tool for limited use; it does not give you full adjustability from the admin side or anything, but it is very effective for what we have chosen GoodAccess for. I would rate this product a nine out of ten.
If you are considering accessing remote resources from your company, you should seriously consider this tool. In my experience it is not the cheapest, but it is the one that has offered us the most flexibility, security and speed.
Evaluating it will take you little time because it is very quick to set up, I recommend that you try before you choose.
