Real-time analytics are available in Infor LX. It is not a significant issue to work with integration. The main point for improvement for Infor LX is the addition of AI functionality. I would rate this review as a nine out of ten.

I am working as an IT Director at Istituto De Angeli, which is a company of Fareva. FAREVA is a leading global contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) specializing in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, makeup, and home and industrial care products. I have worked with the traceability and audit features in Infor LX, including the electronic signature module, which is essential in the pharmaceutical industry. The electronic signature is a key component of compliance for our ERP. This is crucial for periodic inspections we receive from authorities, including European authorities, Italian AIFA, USA FDA and other Pharma Agencies and Ministry world wide. On a scale of 1-10, I rate Infor LX a 9.

I would recommend migrating to SAP for full ERP integration across a big corporation with many companies and plants. However, for mid-sized manufacturing companies not requiring highly integrated business, Infor LX can be a great solution due to its flexibility and affordability. I rate LX as an eight on a scale of one to ten.
I rate the overall solution as eight out of ten. Infor LX is a very good product but could benefit from improvements in areas such as API development and business intelligence integration.
I would recommend Infor LX as it has a few beneficial features but needs enhancements, especially in user interface. My overall rating for Infor LX is seven out of ten.
I rate Infor LX a seven out of ten. Although it's a robust ERP, they should move to another technology instead of AS/400. It is a very good technology and robust, but there are other baseline products and servers Infor LX could use. The first versions used to run on Unix or Linux, and then they switched to AS/400, Power i.

I would advise anyone looking at implementing Infor LX to make sure they have integrated their latest model of ION and IDM. I would give Infor LX a rating of seven out of ten.

It is a totally stable, reliable, and good planning tool that gives performance. I rate the overall solution an eight out of ten.
