I actually purchased Oracle Fusion Service from Oracle directly, as Oracle has many hubs in the Middle East. Analytics provided useful insights for my customers and for me, and that's one of the big features of the E-Business because analytics is already embedded in Oracle Fusion, so there's no need to pay an extra cost.
