The pricing, licensing, and setup costs of FortiSASE are very advantageous if you are already a Fortinet customer. If you have FortiGate, the Fortinet firewall, it will be a very good solution for your needs.
I have not fully explored the costs yet, but when dealing solely with firewalls and switches, I find Fortinet's pricing to be competitive. However, when combining everything for a full SASE solution, I notice the pricing becomes quite high.

I would rate setup cost as six out of ten. It depends on the region. For example, in Qatar, it’s expensive. Comparing it with Prisma, it’s much cheaper.

The pricing of the product is okay, in my opinion. I rate the product price an eight on a scale of one to ten, where one is high price, and ten is low price.
We paid about three and a half million dollars for 1,80,000 users. On a scale from one to ten, where one is cheap and ten is expensive, I rate the solution's pricing a three out of ten.

Fortinet is very aggressive in its pricing. They currently do not charge anything to enable SD-WAN functionality, which is a huge advantage. This pricing allows them to compete with lower-cost solutions like Meraki and other cheaper options. Additionally, their feature functionality allows them to compete with Palo Alto, Versa, and other SASE players.
