Miro Business - Enterprise has provided us with an excellent solution at a low cost, especially since we obtained it through AWS Marketplace. It has offered us a good solution with opportunities for customized solutions, needing scaled admin tooling, and reporting. We did not face any major challenges in this area regarding metering, billing, setup costs, and pricing.
The metering and the billing experience is really good. Miro Business - Enterprise is typically priced around 15 to 20 dollars per user a month for the basic prices. Apart from that, if we go for the business tier, we get a good discount through the AWS Marketplace and build annually. It is good. The AWS Marketplace has given us transparent cost and functionality through the marketplace. The licensing and the setup cost did not include anything which was very complex. Everything was sorted well as we got it from AWS Marketplace. The contracts were clear and concise, and the licensing is really easy to maintain as per our commitments. We can use it as per the occasion, planning, retro, or anything else. It was really satisfactory with no problem at all.
The procurement process for Miro Business - Enterprise was quite easy. The cost compared to other tools is not high and is very affordable. Each plan offered by Miro, whether enterprise, business, or starter plans, is very reasonable and does not require substantial investment.

I don't have visibility of the pricing of Miro, but I know the free personal subscription was really great because it helped us until we got onto the enterprise subscription.
Though there is a need to make payments towards the license in charges associated with the product, for my use case, I got the tool for free. The product's price is low. Monthly and yearly subscriptions are available when it comes to the licensing part of the product. I know that the product will be available at a discounted rate if you buy the annual subscription package from Miro.

I'm currently using the free version of Miro, which is sufficient for our current needs at a new startup.

The product costs approximately $300 per user.
The solution is super easy to set up.
