My main use case for Miro Business - Enterprise involves putting thoughts into the Miro board. For example, we use this tool in our sprint planning to map out our entire three-month workflow, starting from gathering requirements to production. We prepare charts on the Miro dashboard during long meetings, which allow us to decide on tasks, input, and dependencies in real-time. This tool particularly helps during discussions about system design, architecting new solutions, or enhancements. Additionally, we utilize another Miro board for our complete three-month course, where we refer to what is pending and what we require from a product owner perspective. Another significant use case involves retrospectives, where we divide our projects into sprints and discuss what went well and what needs improvement through anonymous sticky notes in Miro. Using Miro Business - Enterprise has made a significant difference for my team when we worked on a feature involving multiple teams, such as backend, frontend, and QA, because there was confusion regarding the data flow between services. Initially, discussions over calls and chats lacked clarity, and we found ourselves going back and forth with no conclusions. Miro helped us coordinate across multiple groups, particularly when confusion arose about how data should flow between services. Initially, discussions were unclear and we kept going back and forth, but after transitioning everything to the Miro board and mapping out the flow visually with sticky notes, we could identify gaps in services, such as handling error responses, that we might have missed until later in testing. Miro allowed each team to add their inputs on the board, and within one session, we recognized where the service handling could be simplified, saving us a couple of days of back and forth as we handled API and service integration. Regarding our main use cases for Miro Business - Enterprise, instead of merely discussing what went well or what did not during our calls, we use Miro with predefined templates where team members can anonymously share feedback. This approach uncovered that unclear ownership was causing delays in our development process, which might not have become apparent during a call. By visualizing our steps in Miro, we assigned responsibilities, and as a result, our next sprint deployments were much smoother, enhancing communication and transparency.
The major reason why we use Miro Business - Enterprise is due to its capabilities where we can discuss and brainstorm ideas, such as the whiteboard feature, which gives us an unlimited canvas where we can brainstorm ideas and see who is doing what at any point in time. Additionally, there are multiple dashboards which give us good visibility of a project that is currently in progress, and they also provide us with very good visibility over the tasks and the results that will be delivered. This is the major use case why we use Miro Business - Enterprise. We use these whiteboards for both meetings as well as for presentations, for project details, and everything because these are some really good features. As we work remotely in our organization, mostly people are not available in the offices, and the whiteboards in Miro Business - Enterprise is a feature which is helping us as a lifesaver. It is helping us in the project management and delivery aspects and has simplified the ideas over this feature, increased the team collaborations by 70 to 80%, and saved our time and resources.
My main use case for Miro Business - Enterprise is to facilitate our retrospectives and coordinate on presentations. A specific example of how I've used Miro Business - Enterprise for a retrospective is that it is convenient being able to see all of the different cards our retrospective team members might input, including the sticky notes and other elements. I do not have anything else to add about how I'm using Miro Business - Enterprise or any other ways my team collaborates on it.
Miro Business - Enterprise is widely used for its basic user-friendly interface, allowing users to get started with little or no learning curve. The drag and drop functionality enables users to retrieve items from templates easily. It facilitates real-time collaboration over multiple teams to create, comment, and edit boards simultaneously. Within the organization, it is used for visual project management, Kanban, Gantt, and agile ceremonies such as retrospectives, sprint planning, and road mapping. Additionally, it is useful for brainstorming and collaborative brainstorming sessions such as mind mapping or design thinking. It is also beneficial for workshop facilitation for both in-person and remote teams. One of my teams at the Flash organization was constantly missing deadlines and not following correct retrospective strategies. They were not adhering to proper agile values or following scrum correctly, which caused them to miss retrospective parts. I coached them and introduced Miro Business - Enterprise, which has been used for three to four years. I arranged collaborative brainstorming sessions and facilitated a workshop so they could document workflows and process mapping. I also guided them on the easy integration with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Slack, which the organization uses. Currently, there are no problems, the team is collaborative, and retrospectives have been greatly beneficial.

I am a Scrum Master, so I work with Miro ( /products/miro-reviews ) to collaborate with my team, as well as have the usual Scrum ceremonies and workshops. The features or capabilities of Miro ( /products/miro-reviews ) I have found the most valuable so far are presentation mode, timer, the usual posted notes, and being able to insert images from the internet. It is important for me and my use cases because my team works in a hybrid environment, so it's not always that we are all together in a room; it's very useful to use Miro online, to collaborate. I find indispensable for remote team collaboration the posted notes, which we use a lot for retrospectives and sharing thoughts and sentiments. For brainstorming sessions, I find using templates that are offered by Miro itself very useful, as well as sharing thoughts using Post-its, and breakout rooms; I haven't been able to access breakout rooms, but I have participated in breakout rooms myself, and they are very effective.
I use Miro for creating wireframes and prototypes, which are my main tasks. I also use it for creating roadmaps and product improvements. Additionally, we use it for product investigation and creating live streams.

I work as a consultant with Miro and am involved in consultancy, project management, and process management for some companies. I also collaborate with these companies if they require a collaborative tool for large-scale projects. For example, if there are some projects and a large group works together, we use Miro on such projects as the solution is excellent for managing large-scale projects. Given its efficiency in managing large projects, I did not hesitate to purchase the license, and currently, fifteen projects are running on Miro.
We used Miro mainly for brainstorming and getting some ideas when I was working on a project with my friends. I also used it for a little bit of diagramming.
We have set up many of our marketing operations process charts on this. We do privacy workflows, customer lifecycles, cross-channel campaign flows, etc. Our leadership loves Miro. This has helped us to audit our workflows, use it for team meetings where we are able to review the same sitting in our remote locations, identify choke points and areas for optimizations and lastly, maintain it to see the latest version of our workflows. Earlier, we were doing this on Excel, however, it was time-consuming and not a very inspirational too.
