Regarding pricing, since Splunk ITSI (IT Service Intelligence) is a flavor of Splunk, there are no fixed prices as it depends on data volume. It is indeed a premium app within Splunk. The pricing reflects usage levels, and compared to others in the market, Splunk ITSI (IT Service Intelligence) provides a reasonable solution.
Regarding pricing, I find it to be quite high, which could pose a challenge for customers. I believe Splunk should review this pricing, especially considering its acquisition by Cisco. Regarding pricing, I would rate Splunk ITSI (IT Service Intelligence) an eight out of ten, indicating a high expense level.

Splunk ITSI (IT Service Intelligence) is maintained by our customer, so I am not certain about the pricing. It is a paid product, so you cannot download it directly. It is not publicly available. You need to obtain a license. In our case, the client already purchased Splunk ITSI (IT Service Intelligence), and it has a limited number of downloads or access after providing an email. Currently, no one can download it, which makes the pricing unclear to me. I believe the pricing is based on daily volume ingestion.

Splunk ITSI is an expensive solution. Splunk probably doesn't save us money because it's one of the most expensive monitoring solutions on the market. This isn't a tool to save money. You purchase this to improve the efficacy of your service department. This is especially true now that Cisco has acquired them. Cisco is notorious for its high prices.
Splunk ITSI is expensive. While tools like Grafana offer a significantly lower cost around 30 percent of Splunk's price, their capabilities are more limited. Splunk can ingest and store a much larger volume of raw data up to 50 percent compared to Grafana's 15 percent. This translates to greater observability but at a higher price point. Splunk ITSI is worth the cost.
Splunk ITSI is expensive. We pay for the package once the sales team has priced all of our data and other relevant factors. We don't incur any further costs if we pay for a package. On its own, Splunk ITSI can be quite expensive, which is what scares many customers away. If a customer has the budget to use Splunk ITSI, then it is an excellent choice. It is one of those products where we may need to start weighing up different solutions. Splunk was recently sold to Cisco, and it could become the centralized monitoring tool for the organization for x, y, and z. I believe that our package is one of the lowest priced in the UK, even though we are squeezing as much value as possible out of the service. I would say that we should prioritize longevity over making an extra million pounds or so because that will come with time. However, I don't think that everyone sees it that way.

We like the old perpetual licensing model but everybody's going more towards the two-year. I think the professional services hours thrown in there is actually a pretty good benefit.

It is interesting. I am not involved that much lately, but if I recall correctly, you license primarily on the volume of data that you are using in Splunk ITSI, but there is no way Splunk can ever check if that is true, so that is interesting. We are not doing it, but someone can pretend to just use 10%, and it would be super cheap. It is tricky, but it is more tricky for Splunk than for us.

Its pricing has been changed as per the market. You get a good support service with it as well. They have 24/7 customer support. There is a portal, and if you are having issues, they are available in order to resolve them. So, its pricing isn't too much.

Pricing was pretty good, and it is possible to just add on the features we want.
I wouldn't say there's been an issue with the solution's pricing because we went through the AWS marketplace and negotiated directly with Splunk.
I don't have any visibility on the cost of the product.

It would have been good if the product cost was much lower.
Splunk ITSI is expensive; however, with the appropriate use case, it justifies the cost.

Splunk ITSI is a pay-per-use service that is priced fairly based on the amount of data we use.
The pricing of Splunk is a bit high. I would rate it a four out of five when thinking about the affordability of the solution.
The cost of the license could be lower.
Splunk pricing is high.
I would prefer that the price be reduced, as it would be easier to implement it and to sell it.
