Most of our employees use it daily, and it has become a critical part of our everyday workflow. In addition to the use case, it also saves time, especially for our MSP, because it gives employees access to manage their own email instead of reaching out to the MSP.
It was implemented at a customer's site. If a customer faces an email security issue, we'll do some initial troubleshooting. If the issue isn't resolved, we work with the Barracuda team for further assistance. One of our customers also used Barracuda Email Gateway Defense (also known as Barracuda Essentials) a while back.
