Beyond Now Digital Marketplace is currently used by my ICT department to remotely manage users' PC and mobile devices. Around 2,000 devices are managed, including tablets. It allows us to connect to users' machines or mobile devices, whether they are on our company network or not. This enables us to connect and support even those working at home or remotely in different countries. It is a great tool to quickly fix problems, and a valuable feature is that an end user without it installed can go to the website we provide, and we can access the PC. It is also used for screen sharing during conference calls.
