| LEAD CYBERSECURITY EXPERT at a consultancy with 1-10 employees | 4.0 | I use Beyond Now Digital Marketplace for sales and accounting, saving us time and 30% in expenses. It's stable, but customer support and AI accuracy, along with EU compliance, require significant improvement despite being helpful. |
My main use case for Beyond Now Digital Marketplace was when I worked at Airbus, where we used it for our end-users as the sales and accounting system.
They use Beyond Now Digital Marketplace for the process of buying or purchasing the tools or IT that our company needs to work.
There are many use cases, but this is the main use case that I see most frequently.
Beyond Now Digital Marketplace offers several best features including tracking tools, which allows you to track your purchases, and electronic billing, which is currently available in Europe, especially in France.
The forecasting and electronic billing features of Beyond Now Digital Marketplace enable us to reduce spending in accounting and taxes, allowing us to collaborate with transparency with government services regarding taxes and fiscality.
Beyond Now Digital Marketplace positively impacts our organization as it enables us to save money, reduces our work time, and improves efficiency in our work, also enhancing the quality of work for our administration and accounting staff.
Beyond Now Digital Marketplace needs to improve the support because sometimes when we need feedback or assistance, it requires many attempts before getting a technician or help desk to support us.
Regarding Beyond Now Digital Marketplace's AI capabilities, its governance and security require compatibility with our European regulations and compliance since there is an ongoing debate about it. However, the AI capabilities are already very helpful and enable us to save time.
The accuracy and reliability of Beyond Now Digital Marketplace's AI capabilities are not yet very sufficient. Sometimes the AI does not understand everything we require, but it is already helpful and needs improvement.
Customer support for Beyond Now Digital Marketplace needs to be improved because sometimes when we call the after-sales services for help, it can take between ten to thirty minutes to get a response. With many clients, I wish improvements occur for quicker responses.
Others looking into using Beyond Now Digital Marketplace should expect improvements in customer support, as they need to respond quicker to their clients than they currently do.
Since July two thousand twenty-five, I have been working in the field of cybersecurity for twenty-four years.
Beyond Now Digital Marketplace is very stable and efficient.
The scalability of Beyond Now Digital Marketplace depends on our on-premises cloud infrastructure capabilities. We have set up a high-capability scalable infrastructure in our company, making it very flexible and scalable according to our needs.
We have previously used many different solutions before Beyond Now Digital Marketplace, trying another solution provided by a startup and also one from a French company like Metro, which is one of the main B2B providers. Beyond Now Digital Marketplace gave us a better solution with a lower price.
We benefit from a return on investment with Beyond Now Digital Marketplace, as we have saved time and money. Thanks to the digital marketplace, we have reduced expenses on human resources because it enables us to incorporate automation in our purchases, making it very helpful and useful. Thanks to artificial intelligence, we no longer need to recruit more employees as we can create AI agents for our new needs, reducing expenses and improving our profits by thirty percent.
Before choosing Beyond Now Digital Marketplace, we evaluated other options by benchmarking against other solutions to see what was best. We compared offerings from several other European companies, but we chose Beyond Now Digital Marketplace because it can be deployed as an on-premises solution, which the other products could not, and it was the best price.
We saved thirty percent of our expenses in the accounting and administration department since using Beyond Now Digital Marketplace. I rate this product an eight out of ten.
