BlueCat Integrity is one of my main roles here, and we use it a lot. We use BlueCat Integrity as our main DDI function. DDI stands for DHCP, DNS and IPAM, and we use the full functionality that BlueCat Integrity provides to us. For example, regarding DNS, which is the most important functionality of the DDI, we depend on other products, even if they are BlueCat products, to provide us with categorization of external DNS. In our company right now, we have more than 1,000 domains and we have a couple thousand networks. We are a company that has more than 300 locations and around 100,000 employees. With one person, it is not sufficient for our needs. However, it depends on the size of the company. If the company is a little bit smaller, one person for sure can take care of it. In my specific case, a team is necessary because of the scale and how large we are.
We use it for getting an IPAM solution in AWS, which is our first use case. The second use case is we also use it for our on-premise networks to manage the IP ranges. We have distributed all the IP networks, and for DHCP and DNS, we use this software internally for our enterprise network.

In the past, we did not have a DDI system, so information was distributed in different places. As our environment became more complicated with on-campus, remote offices, and cloud setups, we wanted to integrate all the information together. We recognized the need for a DDI system.

We use BlueCat appliances and the Integrity platform for our DACP environment. That's on the internal side. All of our DACP for hospitals throughout the country are managed by BlueCat. The external DNS, also. We're authoritative for all of our own DNS zones. So we use BlueCat on the outside, or public, DNS.
Our company provides network infrastructure management services for ten clients. We handle DNS, DHCP, and IPAM for these clients, all utilizing the BlueCat Integrity platform.

We use Integrity for DNS, DHCP, and IP address management. It provides a means to track our public and internal IP space and to find information about network utilization. Integrity is the sole DNS for the entire company. We have two on-prem data centers and servers on two cloud providers that all use the BlueCat DNS. The company has about 150 remote offices throughout the US, and they all use the centralized BlueCat DNS and DHCP services. There are 25,000 employees, but only about 50 are direct users, including a few engineers with admin rights.

As a large-scale enterprise, we've relied on BlueCat Integrity as our internal DDI solution for years, managing DHCP, DNS, and IP address administration for our entire corporate network. We have BlueCat Integrity deployed in a hybrid environment within our data centers and services like AWS, GCP, and OCI, and we are currently migrating to a cloud-only model. Our organization is getting rid of its data centers. So we are actually in the migration phase into being an only OCI and GCP.
