We are currently using a complete suite of anti-malware software and other security products in our company. I have worked with both the on-premises version and the cloud version, but I am more familiar with cloud. I have heard of Dell Trusted Device powered by CrowdStrike Falcon, but I have not actually used it. I serve as the middleman with CrowdStrike Observability, so I do not have much influence in choosing between solutions.
We are currently finishing the configuration of the solution, making the playbooks and configurations with the use cases. From CrowdStrike Observability, we use all the solution including XDR and all Falcon solution for the servers or infrastructure on-premise and on the laptops and desktops, with the XDR solution.
The typical use case for CrowdStrike Observability is for customers who are looking for the best protection for their endpoints, data, and overall EDR and XDR solution. CrowdStrike Observability would be best, and it also comes as a signature-less solution where you don't need to update your endpoints or the CrowdStrike Observability agents regularly. It is also completely based on AI and ML search engines.

I have been using CrowdStrike Observability for the past two months with a focus on the cloud environment, specifically integrating with Google Cloud. We are currently utilizing it for detection purposes and have not yet experienced any incidents that require a response.
