My main use case for Mindtickle is as a learning management system. I personally do not manage or create any content, but our enablement team uploads training sessions in Mindtickle when they want to enable the CS team with certain changes and processes. We in CS complete the training sessions, which are very intuitive in Mindtickle.

Mindtickle is our primary sales enablement technology, and day-to-day we conduct training programs. My role as the platform owner involves owning the execution and creation of all kinds of training content, which could be recorded sessions or more experiential learning, assessments, certifications, as well as various parts of the suite. Digital Sales Rooms are part of my role to manage, oversee, and create content for those, along with Call AI, which we use heavily as our conversational intelligence. We are also about to use Deal Guides, which provide hyper-personalized deal-level guidance. Call AI fits into my workflow as both a coaching and insight layer across the sales organization. On the coaching side, it helps managers and enablement teams scale feedback much more effectively. Rather than relying only on live call shadowing, we can review conversation patterns, objection handling, discovery quality, and messaging consistency across a much broader set of calls. We also use it to identify recurring themes in the field, such as common objections, competitive mentions, or areas where sellers struggle in discovery or positioning. Operationally, it became very useful for onboarding new reps, reinforcing sales methodology, identifying coaching opportunities, and helping managers prioritize where to spend coaching time. From the sellers and presales perspective, it is a fantastic way to save time and help them follow up easier and better, and also draw from intelligence over multiple calls, getting deeper insights on a self-coaching level. Digital Sales Rooms stand out to me as quite transformative, not just for improving communication between buyers and sellers, but also for tracking what assets are viewed and not viewed and how they impact closed deals and lost deals.
My main use case for Mindtickle day-to-day is to access courses. A quick, specific example of a course I accessed recently was completing learning materials about how to book airline reservations. I was able to carry out activities that matched activities to airline timelines and dates. I usually find that Mindtickle helps to make courses more responsive in such a way that I could keep track of my progress and other important metrics.
Mindtickle is used for airline-related training purposes in the airline industry. Since I work with ASAP tickets as an independent travel manager, Mindtickle is used to train us. I received initial training at the beginning, and every month, I am assigned courses on Mindtickle related to the airline industry, covering topics such as how to deal with clients and how to sell products.
Mindtickle is primarily used for the onboarding process and to provide new hires with access to multiple marketing documents, use cases, call scripts, and sales use cases. In our onboarding process, we record all in-person training sessions and create assessments and courses on Mindtickle. Later, if someone wants a refresher of those sessions, they can log in to their Mindtickle portal, access those recordings, check all the details, and complete the assessment. This approach creates a refresher session for everyone. Additionally, employees can access technical courses and technical presentations through Mindtickle. We also have customer use cases on Mindtickle that are used by the marketing team. They create all their content, including recent customer interactions and podcasts with customers, and upload it to Mindtickle so that anyone who wants clarity or wants to watch those videos or access that content can log in and view it. This is an organization-wide usage that can be leveraged.
My main use case for Mindtickle is to host our learning content, as we create training materials for our clients, using Mindtickle as our LMS. We create series, modules, on-demand modules, hands-on exercises, mission modules, and assessment modules, and we rely on Mindtickle data for analytics and tracking purposes. A specific example of how I use Mindtickle for one of my training programs is that we recently created two flagship programs on Mindtickle, including a certification program where people can enroll in product-specific courses. We update these modules for each release in video or SCORM format and use hands-on exercises uploaded in Mindtickle that users perform in a dedicated sandbox, uploading screenshots in a mission module. We also use Mindtickle for sales training where users demonstrate a recording and upload it in Mindtickle.
My main use case for Mindtickle is for training enablement and certification of my partners. We designed the training program for our partners as a step-by-step process, and the training was mainly from the sales side. We then implemented that training by distributing the training program and using Mindtickle to execute it. Once the partner was able to clear all the trainings, a test was administered, and upon passing, they became certified users of our technology. It is mainly partner training and certification, but we also use Mindtickle within the organization for our internal training and enablement, which is mainly driven by our enablement team who takes care of the enablement of internal resources.
I primarily use Mindtickle to structure and track training for students who are preparing for placements. On a day-to-day basis, for example, if I'm running a placement readiness program, I create modules around aptitude, communication, and interview skills. Students go through the content, complete assessments, and I can actually see where they are struggling. One very specific use case is during mock interview preparation. I assign role-based scenarios, and based on their responses and scores, I can identify who is ready for an actual company interview and who is still in need of improvement. It really helps me make a more informed decision rather than relying only on observation. Mindtickle fits exceptionally well into the overall flow of placement preparation, not just isolated training. It is not just about assigning modules. It becomes a continuous process. For example, before a company drive, I usually create a focused learning path specific to that company's requirement, such as aptitude level, communication expectation, or role-specific skills. Students go through that in a structured way rather than random preparation. Another practical use case is reinforcement. After workshops or live training sessions, I use Mindtickle to assign follow-up content or short assessments. This helps me check whether students have actually understood and retained what we have discussed, instead of it being a one-time session. It also helps in maintaining consistency. When you are handling a large number of students, it is difficult to ensure everyone gets the same level of guidance. With Mindtickle, the baseline training becomes uniform, and then I can focus more on students who need extra attention. Overall, it becomes more of a support system in my workflow. It keeps things structured, measurable, and a lot more streamlined, especially during peak placement cycles.
