My main use case for PeerSpot is to generate insights about our customers and the market we serve to create awareness of our company and our products and how they help the individuals who use our software. I can give you a specific example of how I've used PeerSpot to generate those insights or create awareness: we get customer case studies or reviews of our software through PeerSpot. We have a customer success manager who helps coordinate our outreach to current customers of our software to get feedback on their usability, their perceived usability, working with our team, and how they utilize our software to help their business.

My main use case for PeerSpot is to help generate customer reviews. Recently, at our US customer event, I asked our customers to leave reviews on PeerSpot to generate reviews around one of our products.
The main use I give to PeerSpot is reading reviews of the software that I intend to use to see what other professionals think. I was looking for a tool that would allow me to create tickets. PeerSpot helped me in that selection process. It was a tool for generating support tickets, and with the PeerSpot review we were able to find one that fit our need. My experience using PeerSpot to choose a support ticket tool was very easy and intuitive, and I had no problems navigating.
I primarily use PeerSpot to research and compare enterprise software solutions by reading real user stories, feature comparisons, and use cases before making purchasing or implementation decisions. Recently, I used PeerSpot to evaluate identity and access management solutions before finalizing a decision. I compared products like Okta and OneLogin by reading real user reviews, checking the pros and cons, and understanding common implementation challenges. This helped me to shortlist the right solution and ask more informed questions during vendor demos. I can provide an example from RPA and automation research. I used PeerSpot while researching RPA tools to compare UiPath and other automation platforms. User reviews helped me understand scalability, license concerns, and real-world performance before making a decision. Additionally, I used PeerSpot to research endpoint security solutions and relied on user feedback to understand stability, support quality, and hidden costs, which helped me in shortlisting the final product.

My main use case for PeerSpot is for customer testimonials, customer reviews, and customer quotes that power our marketing and differentiation. A specific example of how I've used PeerSpot for customer quotes is that we recently obtained some excellent quotes on value and ROI numbers from customers in their PeerSpot reviews that have been really helpful to our own customers who are inspired to realize the same ROI. I have developed blogs from some of the collected information from PeerSpot, and that has helped in our demand generation process as well.

My main use case for PeerSpot includes creating customer proof and case studies that are available via one-click download from PeerSpot platform, and using this content to feed additional content that ultimately lives within our demand gen engine. For one of those use cases, I often take customer quotes and proof points from case studies, whether anonymous or named, and use them either in social promotion, which is what a customer says about us when we're not in the room, or I might create vertical specific content, such as quotes from Fortune 500 manufacturers or from financial services enterprises, which our sellers can use to help nurture deals with similarly situated prospects.
