PeerSpot can be improved in that the leads or the intent leads that we have received do not really fit our customer ICP very well, so we have not gotten a lot of value from those.

A good improvement would be to not have to lock in a contract around one specific product for an entire year, but to have a more flexible agreement where products could be switched on a quarterly basis in order to focus on generating reviews.
I think PeerSpot could improve by marketing tools better. I would like PeerSpot to incorporate or improve functionality, and it would be possible to review more tools.
PeerSpot is already very useful overall, but there are a few areas where it could improve. Sometimes reviews for niche or newer products are limited. Expanding the reviewer base in those categories would be helpful. The filtering and search options could also be more granular, especially when comparing products by company size, industry, or deployment model. Additionally, more frequent updates on older reviews would ensure insights stay fully current. A detailed report on how products are working would provide confidence to other users who are going to purchase these software solutions. Providing video reviews where candidates present their reviews face-to-face, showing how they are using products and what goals they are achieving, would have a significant impact on other users considering these software solutions. In addition to expanding coverage for niche and emerging products, PeerSpot could improve by offering more advanced filtering and analytics, such as clear segmentation by organization size, region, and deployment complexity, and better visibility into review freshness by highlighting recent updated experiences versus older ones. This would help buyers prioritize the most relevant insights. Another area for improvement could be smoother navigation when doing side-by-side comparisons, especially for complex enterprise tools with many features. Enhancing personalization such as recommending reviews based on past research or saved categories would further improve the research experience.

I do not have suggestions for improvement at the moment. Nothing that I would change right now comes to mind. I am not sure at this moment what would make it a ten for me.
I would like to see multiple options to create links to track campaign success across multiple marketing opportunities. Also, I would like to move towards capturing video interviews in the future.

I wish that the quote generator in PeerSpot would put it into a slide format, a horizontal PowerPoint.
