Overall, the platform works great and exceeds my expectations, but one area for future growth would be expanding the library of AI-related training modules. Since AI adoption is growing rapidly in the workplace while general security maturity around it remains low, adding more specific courses on AI risks and best practices would be highly valuable.
In my opinion, Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training can be improved by adding the French language because we are in Quebec; all the courses currently have only subtitles. Users can choose English, French, and other languages, but they do not have the voice in French, which is what I wanted.
Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training could be improved by varying the domains that you send from. After a few attempts, you can work out that they are all coming from the same few domains. I also think some emails could look a bit worse; sometimes they are a bit too perfect. I feel the real attacks often have spelling mistakes or formatting problems.
It is somewhat confusing at first, especially for onboarding. The existing complexity is partly because the product wasn't built from the ground up by Huntress, which might contribute to certain elements lacking Huntress's typical simplicity.
