From my perspective, Hyperglance can only improve its UI/UX design. They can improve their dashboard as well, as their dashboard has a lot of customization limits, so they can improve it. The reason I did not give it a 10 is that they also need some improvements like resource handling; they can effectively manage environments, and also for licensing purposes.

There are areas that users often want improved. Deeper automation and remediation reduce manual effort and accelerate the resolution of common problems. More contextual and actionable topology maps improve clarity and make maps genuinely actionable for teams with mixed workloads. Customizable dashboards and reporting are needed because teams have different priorities, such as security versus cost versus uptime, and want dashboards tailored to them.
The initial deployment of Hyperglance requires configuration, network access, and permission for cloud APIs, which can be complex for large, multi-account environments. The initial setup and deployment could be a bit challenging. The setup process of Hyperglance could be easier, and the configuration of network access and permissions for cloud APIs could be done in a more streamlined manner. The deployment of Hyperglance was a bit tricky as it required network accesses and permissions for the cloud APIs. Our organization had multiple servers and everything was there, so it was a bit challenging for us. That can be improved.
Hyperglance is a very good solution. However, it caters primarily to mid and large-sized businesses, and the cost is a bit high for small-sized businesses, which can be a concern. Introducing a version with similar services at a lower price point could be beneficial. The cost for small businesses is the main concern. Apart from that, Hyperglance serves as a powerful asset for organizations needing visibility, automation, and control access across multi-cloud environments.

One area where Hyperglance could improve is performance speed when dealing with very large environments, as sometimes the visual maps take longer to load. The reporting could also be more customizable to fit different compliance frameworks. For future releases, it would be helpful to have deeper integration with more third-party security tools, enhanced alerting options, and expanded automation for remediation tasks. These additions would make the platform even more powerful for large-scale cloud management.
