The table size limits are small for really large apps. While I agree that there needs to be a cap on the size, it would be nice to adjust it up when needed. Also, the cost can be a bit prohibitive, especially for small organizations to be able to use this tool.
QuickBase can be improved, as some high-level integration can be tricky to develop without advanced understanding of the APIs and other functions. The price of QuickBase is a bit higher compared to its competitors. The customization is also a bit difficult. User training is very seamless. The customer support is very highly proactive and dedicated 24/7. I have no issues with that.
The user interface of Quick Base is complex. It can be difficult to navigate, and ideally, it should be simplified to facilitate use by anyone, not just certified individuals. There is room for improvement in front-end functionalities. I cannot deploy and use front-end features anywhere; they must be deployed inside Quick Base. The introduction of hooks would allow for easier deployment elsewhere, such as GitHub. Additionally, their APIs have limitations, such as reliance on XML for backend APIs, which restricts their utility.
When learning QuickBase, I noticed a shift in its cost structure. It operated on a cost-efficient model tied to the number of users, with invoicing based on applicants. The recent changes have increased costs based on user activity, such as viewing reports or interacting with specific fields. This shift makes QuickBase more expensive to use as activity increases. Lowering these costs could potentially broaden QuickBase's user base, similar to how Microsoft PowerApps operates. The visualization in QuickBase could be enhanced. Due to cost and usage efficiency concerns, our utilization of QuickBase is limited within our company. A few individuals are currently utilizing QuickBase. We need to consider the cost-to-usage ratio and prioritize increasing adoption.
Areas for improvement in QuickBase include incorporating certain formulas like VLOOKUP, commonly used in platforms like Excel. Additionally, they could enhance the ability to link records between tables directly without the need for additional automation to increase space and time.
There is room for improvement in terms of user-friendliness. Simplifying the system's interface could make it less intimidating for some users who might find the current setup a bit overwhelming due to the numerous clicks and options. Making it more straightforward and user-friendly would be beneficial.

It would be beneficial for the QuickBase team to focus on improving the integration of cloud-based storage platforms within their product. In use cases like ours, where QuickBase serves as a centralized source of truth for construction projects, having seamless integration with platforms like Dropbox or OneDrive would greatly enhance the product's capabilities. By providing better tools and features for integrating with cloud storage platforms, QuickBase can further streamline workflows and improve the overall user experience. One feature that I would suggest adding is seamless integration with cloud storage platforms.

The solution is not useful for complicated processes. The solution does not have any good tools to analyze data. The dashboard is not organized. The product should also improve the way the information is extracted. The solution should be directly integrated with Microsoft 365.
I believe there is one part that needs improvement, considering we've recently been having issues with the solution. I'm not sure if it's just the software. Whenever we do onboarding, or we get new employees, there tends to be a delay of not just a week but a couple of weeks, and sometimes even a few weeks of being able to see certain new employees in the system. I know it's an HR issue because they've been able to put it in the solution, and I can see it, but the employees don't get certain access to certain things for a while. So I hope that, eventually, QuickBase can make that process a little bit faster because it ends up having me hold up projects or give extra work to different employees since we can't get work to the new employees as we would like to, and so such issues should be resolved.

Its UI needs improvement. They should improve it and make it a little bit more modern. We should also be able to have more real-time information that connects with other software platforms. It has an open API, but it doesn't always connect with some of the other platforms that we would like to utilize. These are probably two of the biggest things for us, and hopefully, they will keep ensuring that in the future, they continually build QuickBase to be a little bit more efficient in that regard.

They need to accelerate the rate at which they enhance the tool. I would say that it is improving a lot and it is very good, and I am happy with them, but it could be improved. I would like to see the reporting enhanced because some of them are not easy to generate.
