Within IT everything is changing fast and I'm sure Instana with Turbonomics will be the next one. It is not only monitoring but as well financial visibility and automated changes - a totally new approach.

1 - what metrics will help me gain the real insight I need to solve problems or improve my service offering?
2 - Have I identified the most critical portions (network segment, application, services)?
3 - how will I gain the information required to deliver those metrics - visibility layer (SPAN, Tap, Packetbroker, agent, Netflow, etc.).
