Mr. DeWitt has 35 years of work experience. He has his FEA Certification and TOGAF Certification with 17 years of experience working with the federal government; has 5 years of experience with EA and fed¬eral enterprise architecture (FEA) with a focus on business and technical process, including FEA perfor¬mance, business, service component, data, and technical reference models; has 16 years of experience defining mission requirements and user functionality by analyzing, modeling, and aligning stakeholder objectives, mission objectives, and operational constraints; and has 13 years of experience examining and re-engineering processes and procedures and designing and implementing new business and mission processes, workflows, strategies and performance measures. Has extensive hands-on service-oriented architecture (SOA) experience.
