I'd advise new users to be patient to save the information before they exit from a page or anything as you can lose all information. Saving is complicated. There are two buttons on the final of the page. One button is Save, and the other is Complete Information or something. If you forget to save, you lose the formation. It's terrible.
I would rate the solution a six out of ten.
