How has it helped my organization?
Because of Apptivo's capabilities, lead conversion has happened very effectively. There is no spillage with lead tracking. We ensure that every lead is followed up. If any of those are not converted, we use the platform to engage with them again after about six months. We try to convert as many as possible, and that has been possible because of the CRM.
What is most valuable?
It's very customizable and very friendly. I could tailor it to my business.
It's a very useful tool. I can build my own apps and work around the entire workflow itself. We've been working with them, and they've been kind enough to do whatever customization is required.
What needs improvement?
Its integrations could be better. The UI/UX could also be better, but that is not essential for us. It's not customer-facing.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using this solution for about two and a half years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
It's a very stable product. We have not seen any issues related to stability. I would rate it a nine out of ten in terms of stability.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
It's scalable. It suits our purpose, but I have been told that even enterprises can use this solution.
In our organization, there are eight of us who use this solution. In terms of our plans to increase its usage, we may re-look at it next year in April and take a call at that point in time.
How are customer service and support?
Whatever I was looking for, they got it resolved pretty quickly. Within a couple of days, I got my solution. We had some doubts when we were originally setting up some email integrations and authorizations, but it all worked out very smoothly.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
We didn't use any other solution previously.
How was the initial setup?
It's very easy to set up. Its implementation took three weeks. We mapped our entire business process and figured out how we were acquiring customers. We figured out all those things, and then for conversions, we looked at various stages and created our own custom conversion stages. We didn't import or migrate from any platform. We deployed it greenfield. That's why it took us much less time to configure the system.
What about the implementation team?
We implemented it in-house. In terms of maintenance, there is nothing specific. When we had any issues, we messaged their support, and they have been very helpful.
What was our ROI?
We have seen an ROI with this.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
It's very affordable. As a small business, it's very affordable for me. They're giving it to us at $10 a user, which is very comfortable. I would rate it a 10 out of 10 in terms of price.
If we wanted to get some implementation and support from them, they had some pricing, but we didn't want that. We said that we'll set it up ourselves.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
We evaluated other options, but we decided to go with Apptivo because of its pricing. It's more affordable for small and medium businesses like ours.
What other advice do I have?
I would recommend this solution. We found this solution and evaluated it against others. We found it to be value for money. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of big CRMs, but to get all those, I would have had to pay through my nose.
