| Developer at a tech vendor with 11-50 employees | 5.0 | DXHUB's proactive AI monitoring dramatically improved our industrial safety, cutting manual review by 84% and OSHA incidents by 65%. Its AI chat and customizable pipelines are invaluable, but ERP integration and mobile stability could improve. |
Our primary use case is proactive safety and compliance monitoring across multiple industrial sites. Specifically, we use the Computer Vision modules to enforce mandatory PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) usage, monitor restricted zone breaches, and track the flow of materials and personnel throughout the day.
It has shifted our safety program from being purely reactive, investigating after an incident, to being proactive and preventive.
DXHUB has been transformative for our operations. The biggest improvement is the massive reduction in manual review time. Before DXHUB, we had staff manually skimming hours of video footage after a safety inspection or incident. It was inefficient and error-prone.
Now, the AI tags every relevant event, generating a precise, searchable timeline. We estimate we have cut the time spent on compliance audits and incident investigations by over 84%. Furthermore, our actual OSHA recordable incident rate has dropped by 65% in the last year because of the system's real-time alerts.
AI Chat Summaries/Assistant is a game-changer. Instead of watching a video, we can simply ask the platform, 'Show me all high-priority safety violations from Site A on Tuesday,' and it delivers a summarized report with links to the exact video segments. It turns data consumption into a conversation.
Customizable AI Pipelines are also highly valuable. The ability to quickly train a custom model for a unique use case—such as tracking a specific piece of machinery or an unusual site-specific hazard—means the platform adapts to us, not the other way around.
The out-of-the-box PPE detection is great, but the flexibility is what makes it truly valuable.
DXHUB's core technology is strong, but improvement is needed in two main areas. The depth of integration with third-party systems needs enhancement. While it connects to our existing VMS, tighter, more seamless integration with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and maintenance management systems (CMMS) would unlock even more value.
We would like to link detected equipment issues directly to maintenance ticket creation. Additionally, the mobile app for field managers could be more robust to improve Mobile/Edge Deployment Stability.
I have used the solution for 2 years.
We previously relied on a traditional Video Management System (VMS) with basic video export and storage capabilities. We switched to DXHUB because the VMS was essentially a digital filing cabinet. It was great for storage but offered zero intelligence. We were still doing all the heavy lifting of watching, analyzing, and reporting.
The switch to DXHUB was driven purely by the need to automate analysis and transform video into actionable data.
My advice is to not just look at the cost of the software, but to focus on the Return on Investment (ROI) in terms of labor savings and risk mitigation.
We conducted a thorough evaluation of several options before selecting DXHUB. The key deciding factor was finding a solution that balanced high-accuracy, industry-specific AI models with an easy-to-use platform that required minimal custom coding.
Honestly, our deployment of DXHUB has been seamless and highly successful. The platform has delivered on every promise, and the positive impact on our safety record and operational efficiency has been immediate and measurable.
We find the entire solution to be robust, incredibly reliable, and remarkably user-friendly. It is a perfect fit for our complex industrial environment. It has quickly become an indispensable component of our site management protocol.
