A stable platform that maximizes the business value of video streaming

What is our primary use case?

Hive Streaming is used as we work with companies that have, most of the time, bad networks. We provide video and live streaming solutions for them. It's like YouTube, but for the enterprise. When the network is not really great, Hive helps to optimize the broadcast.

What is most valuable?

The optimization of the network is a valuable feature.

What needs improvement?

Hive should let customers know about the carbon usage.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Hive Streaming for six to seven years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

The solution is highly stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

It is a scalable solution. Around ten thousand users are using the solution.

How are customer service and support?

The technical support team is excellent.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

We have worked with Lumena but they are stopping their services. Hive Streaming is good in their communication and it is hard to compare as we are in our integration phase.

How was the initial setup?

For the initial setup, on the customer side, there is some stuff that needs to be done. I'm not usually the one who does this, but the integration is quite easy.

What other advice do I have?

It is a good PTP solution. I rate the overall solution a ten out of ten.
