What is most valuable?
The built-in response messages in Indigov allow me to click and edit responses as needed easily. This is particularly useful for general emails related to constituent cases and correspondence. For instance, when conveying that a delegate has been informed of a decision or preference, I can tailor the message to include empathy.
What needs improvement?
This is my only issue with Indigov - its user-friendliness. While it's pretty straightforward, understanding it requires some training. The current setup makes it inconvenient for me to delegate correspondence responses to interns. The analytics portion, particularly in tracking and quantifying responses, is an area that needs improvement. While I'm unsure if there have been updates, I believe enhancing this feature would be beneficial.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
On a broader scale within the MGA, I would rate the tool's scalability a ten out of ten. However, specifically for our office, the scalability is limited due to challenges in allowing interns to use the program effectively. I would rate its scalability around five out of ten in our office context.
How are customer service and support?
The support team was excellent. They were responsive, willing to work with us, and followed up consistently. I appreciated their proactive approach and the fact that they were open to face-to-face communication, which I value. Overall, they were phenomenal.
How was the initial setup?
The tool's setup was handled by the MGA, and they facilitated agreements and training with the creators. While I spent extra time on the back end to understand the program better, the overall process was not difficult for me. The MGA took care of the initial setup and provided training for office users.
What was our ROI?
We can send 200 emails in a week. Indigov's setup enables quick, accurate, and organized responses, making it a preferable option compared to Outlook.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
We use the product for free since MGA administers it.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
Initially, there were considerations about using Mailchimp for mass email. Still, when the features of Indigov, such as the ability to send out mass emails and facilitate one-on-one interactions with constituents, were recognized, it became the preferred choice for our office.
What other advice do I have?
You must get certified, explore the program, and understand its features. Additionally, set up your correspondence details, such as your signature and pre-messages, to facilitate easy use. I rate it an eight out of ten.
