What is our primary use case?
We used the inFeedo to check the pulse of employees at different intervals. We check the pulse after 15 days, another after 45 days, and after 90 days. We ask them questions and check the pulse accordingly. Based on the results, we set up a process to integrate inFeedo with the HR system of the organization. We had Oracle as our HR system, so we integrated inFeedo with Oracle and set up the entire program for the end-to-end employee experience.
In addition, we used it for other HR processes, such as applying for leaves and reimbursement. But for that, we have to integrate inFeedo with our existing HR system and bring all the data into inFeedo.
How has it helped my organization?
inFeedo helps us with employee engagement by checking on the employees’s points. It has also helped us reduce attrition because we know how employees are feeling, especially new hires. When new hires join, it can take some time for them to get settled into the environment. We need to check in with them regularly, provide the necessary aid, and then talk to managers to help them improve the onboarding process by taking appropriate action. The tool is helpful for the organization.
What is most valuable?
Checking new hires is one of the most impactful features of inFeedo. In my opinion, inFeedo is one of the finest platforms available for organizations.
What needs improvement?
When we first implemented inFeedo, the AI engine was not as strong, but with time, they have made it very strong and are rolling out many other features. There are specific parameters and metrics that inFeedo can add to dashboards and scorecards.
The platform should be more flexible and meet the needs of all organizations.
The improvement of inFeedo depends on the specific requirements of the organization and how the organization is structured. Even for new use cases, inFeedo will not take a lot of time to make changes to the environment quickly and easily.
For how long have I used the solution?
We have end-to-end implemented inFeedo for one of our previous organizations. And, currently, also, we are in talking terms for implementation of inFeedo. So we have used their AI bot, which basically converses with the employee base, and we have set up the entire program for them.
We are into HR consulting and advisory. So, we are implementing these solutions for the various organizations. And assisting them in finding these solutions.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
The solution is scalable.
How are customer service and support?
inFeedo’s support is good. While implementing the organization, there were certain challenges, but inFeedo took it very well; they adapted and changed according to the organization.
How would you rate customer service and support?
How was the initial setup?
The solution’s deployment is more of the organizational chain management because it is converse with the employee. Employees always fear opening up to anyone in the company to talk about their challenges. The employee is an AI robot at the back. It is important to communicate the solution’s benefits to employees because the organization wants to help them. The chain management is a complicated part.
What about the implementation team?
If you plan to integrate the inFeedo application into your existing HR environment, you will need some resources like APIs and input from your HR system.
Additionally, you will need a chain management team to help with training and communication with employees. It will help the employees to accept it as a platform for their benefit. Configuring inFeedo is not easy. You will require some resources to set up your process. You will require somebody to design the process to cater to the inFeedo application and help you with the best utilization of the solution.
The time taken for deployment depends on the number of use cases. For example, for an environment with medium complexity, it will take around a month to deploy the solution. Once it is set up, it is easy to maintain the solution. If there is any change in the upstream application or in your thought process for the way you want it to be aligned to your organization's need, at that point in time, we need change. Otherwise, it doesn't require a lot of maintenance.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
The pros and cons depend on your use case. You cannot compare it to any HR solution like SAP SuccessFactors, as they have very different application usage. inFeedo is an employee database.
A few applications are available in the market, but inFeedo has developed its product very well in the last two years. inFeedo is one of the finest tools. Other products, such as SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle Fusion, have different purposes and can't be directly compared with inFeedo.
What other advice do I have?
It is important that you work on your use case. Once you have clarity, we need a process understanding and an organizational chain management team. It requires significant changes in terms of user adoption. Once you have all these, then get into inFeedo implementation.
Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.
