I use Kajabi to sell my own courses. Additionally, I use it when companies hire me to build courses for them, so that their employees can log on to the system and access the content.
What is our primary use case?
What is most valuable?
Kajabi has everything included as it is an all-in-one platform. It features mail marketing, funneling, and an affiliate program where people can sell courses and receive a commission.
The graphical interface is one of the best for marketing and sales purposes, making it a very organized platform.
What needs improvement?
The web builder is not a drag-and-drop system and is somewhat limited. If one wants to create something visually appealing, it often requires the use of a designer program before implementing it in Kajabi.
Additionally, it lacks a Helpdesk feature, and for users needing help, you have to integrate with external software. The statistics they offer are limited to login and logout times without providing detailed user engagement insights.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have used Kajabi several times in the last five years, and now it's our final platform choice.
How was the initial setup?
Kajabi is the simplest platform I've ever used in terms of the learning curve. It is well-organized and straightforward.
What other advice do I have?
I'd rate the solution nine out of ten.
