We have direct support and partner support. We offer open tickets through direct support. The support is quick.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
We previously used Microsoft 365 native anti-spam. We have changed the solution to have a system that is more effective, efficient, signals fewer false positives, and is easier to manage.

We implemented it through the vendor's team. We rate the implementation a 10 out of 10.
