What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Scrunch AI is monitoring non-branded buyer intent prompts in AI search.
I monitor for people that are looking for the best X tool and how often our company gets mentioned, how we get mentioned, and what they cite. I track how they find information, how the AI company that is referencing us found us, and what they are citing, because it may not always be our website. I also look to see where our competitors are being cited, and I use that information to try to go to those third-party sites to try to get listed myself.
Scrunch AI helps me prioritize where to spend my time when I'm targeting third-party sites, what type of blog content we need to develop, or other fan-out content we need to develop to show up in non-branded buyer intent prompts.
What is most valuable?
The best features Scrunch AI offers that really stand out to me include automatically assigning the prompts to the buying cycle, whether it's awareness, consideration, decision, and providing the intel on where it's pulling its sources and how it's generating the response.
The automatic buying cycle assignment works for me in practice by helping with strategy, so I can focus on those consideration and decision-making prompts first and foremost, get those solid, and then go back and work on awareness.
Scrunch AI has positively impacted our organization because it's helped us increase our visibility in AI search for the prompts and the areas that we care about. We saw a 100% improvement where we weren't getting mentioned at all to getting mentioned every single time by using the intel from Scrunch AI to then build out that appropriate content and place it on the appropriate site. We got a 100% increase in improvement. It's also giving us insight into where we are still struggling, and we can go make those decisions and those changes with data and intelligence.
What needs improvement?
Scrunch AI could continue to provide better recommendations on fan-out content and recommendations on sites where we could be listed as a next iteration of the evolution of the product.

What other advice do I have?
My advice for others looking into using Scrunch AI is to make sure that the prompts you are monitoring are the ones that you want to know about and that you can action on.
I found this interview to have too many improvement questions. I understand asking one, but the interview asked several times about improvements, and I don't think that's necessary because it's supposed to be a positive review. One question is sufficient, but it felt as though the interview was over-rotating towards asking what's wrong with the product. I did not appreciate that approach.
