What is our primary use case?
I use Subsig for generating social media mentions and tracking my brands and any other brands.
By connecting to Subsig using the account, I pull it from an automation tool like n8n and then get that workflow from a webhook. Then I'm getting that response data or JSON and pulling it to my website.
As a web developer, I believe Subsig could help my client websites with API search and communications. Using Subsig dashboard, I can easily track the brand and even add my own brand and client.

What is most valuable?
Subsig's best features are its automation and API capabilities.
Subsig has positively impacted my organization by saving time on getting data. I have a custom webhook that is also patched into n8n automations, which increases efficiency and improvements to my website, monitoring, dashboard, and analytics.
It saves almost fifty percent of my time, and pulling on the dashboard has improved.
What needs improvement?
One improvement is that Subsig is web-based, so it should be mobile responsive and could have more UI features. For a new user adding a brand, it could be a bit confusing.
The onboarding process could ensure that a new user is guided more accordingly and in more detail. It can provide more steps for new users to make it more user-friendly.

Subsig is stable in my experience. I can use it, and the data is accurate.
