Tidio is used for our e-commerce business, and it provides a complete suite of instruments to chat with clients and also to receive emails, ticketing, and other features. It was not specifically for AI.
What is our primary use case?
What is most valuable?
In the past, I appreciated the flows and the automated flows with emails. The best functionality, I believe, was the feature where we could suggest products directly into the chat box. With the chat, customers could go and buy it directly.
What needs improvement?
I'm not following it as much, and it's just good as it is. We're using it this way, and it's doing what we need.
I think Tidio is great as the only solution we're using. The only other tool we use outside of Tidio is Klaviyo for emails because Tidio didn't have the double opt-in, and the email functionality was not something we could use, so it was ruled out.
For how long have I used the solution?
I've been working with Tidio for more like five years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
For stability, I give it a 10; there's no downtime, bugs, or glitches.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
Tidio is very scalable for our needs, so if I have to give it a review, it's a 10 there as well.
How are customer service and support?
I rate the technical support a solid 10 because I never had a big problem; they always managed to fix everything really fast.
How was the initial setup?
Tidio is deployed with Shopify; we just did the integration.
The integration with Tidio is very easy; we had to ask the team for some help, but they got into the server and managed very quickly to do everything right, so it was very easy.
What was our ROI?
With Tidio, we got at the beginning a lot of return on the investment because we invested little and received a lot, almost close to 80%, but now I think we are around 30 to 40%.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
In my opinion, Tidio is cost efficient.
What other advice do I have?
About three to four people work with Tidio.
I would recommend Tidio to other users because it is very easy; it's omnichannel, so you have everything in one place. Everything is in one place, it's cost efficient, and you can set it up in two hours and have everything.
