What is our primary use case?
We use the solution for maintaining the orders from different e-commerce channels and listing and organizing their inventory in real-time.
This tool helps in order fullfillment systems which include inventory planning, labeling, dispatching, and tracking. It also integrates with financial managment and provides the invoices and payments to collect.
It tracks the returns and their related tracking history so that users and sellers can be aware of the transit and if a refund or return can be initiated. It provides overall suupport to the system.
How has it helped my organization?
It's great for maintaining multiple listings on various e-commerce channels, which is not easy - especially the inventory updates on all the channels. As users are continuously ordering the items on various channels we have a view of products in the warehouse.
There are returns management as well which helps keep us organized. This tool provides a central update area for the inventory, in terms of billing, dispatching, and inward and outward movement done. The updated inventory will auto-synchronize across various e-commerce platforms.
The user interface is very good and easy to use.
What is most valuable?
Its synchronization and update capabilities for inventory and managing the order fulfillment process - including picking, packing, labeling, courier allocation, and dispatch help everything stay centralized. It provides real-time tracking of the order on the customer and user panel. It provides management information system MIS for various sorts of reports. It synchronizes all the updates at the central server and updates on the mobile application too. It can also integrate with many of the third-party applications we use which ultimately helps the user.
What needs improvement?
Barcode and QR code generation can be enhanced by the addition of interfaces.
The attributes can be increased and an inward and outward system can be assigned as per the line system.
The Mobile Application interface should have the option of upgrading and updating. The user-oriented features like user rights, picking and packing operations can be enhanced by giving the related rights to the user.
It should accept various sorts of codes on scanning so stock can be easily maintained as per the inventory updates with inward and outward.
For how long have I used the solution?
We have been using the tool for more than two years and there was continuous addition of the features which helped us a lot in organizing our Order Fulfillment system.

For initiating the e-commerce business listing, this tool is a mandatory requirement for continuous management and processing. It's competitive in the market with a full set of feautres that are loaded and easy to use. The support team is also there to assist.

This product is great for listing and integration with channel partners and updates of the tracking of parcel movement.
