What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Zylo is to manage all the SaaS portfolios for the company where I manage over 500 applications, ensuring that we do not have any redundant applications or licenses based on usage.
For example, I run a workflow before a renewal comes up. If a tool like Asana's renewal was due, I would reach out to the application owner to assess user needs and potentially avoid renewing unnecessary licenses.
How has it helped my organization?
Zylo has positively impacted my organization by saving time and reducing costs while simplifying the management of applications.
Yearly, I save 200 million dollars through using Zylo.
What is most valuable?
The best features Zylo offers include the new MCP server and the AI feature, which makes managing over 500 applications much easier, especially if there are 1500 to 1600 applications with its help in identifying redundancy.
The AI feature, referred to as Clarity in Zylo, helps by allowing me to inquire about any redundant applications, specifically within the 500 applications I manage.
What needs improvement?
The AI feature is not changing anything significant. For instance, it cannot update fields automatically, which means I still have to do it manually, but overall, that is my only concern.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Zylo for two years straight, starting as a consultant.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
Zylo's scalability is good so far.
How are customer service and support?
The customer support was good.
I would rate the customer support five out of five, as we had bi-weekly meetings that were productive.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I did not previously use a different solution; Zylo was the only one I used to manage applications.
What was our ROI?
I can say that Zylo saves time and money by making it easy to check and manage applications.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
I don't know about the pricing because I have never paid for Zylo, but it was minimal, especially the first two years when service was included.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
When I joined the company, Zylo was already in use, and I did not evaluate other options.
What other advice do I have?
I would rate Zylo a nine out of ten.
I choose nine out of ten mainly due to the limitations in the AI capability for updating fields; everything else is good.
Zylo's AI capabilities are highly secure.
Currently, its accuracy and reliability are 99%, as I still need to cross-verify the tools and payments; it is not 100% accurate.
I would recommend Zylo because it is a good SaaS application.
Which deployment model are you using for this solution?
On-premises
