Additionally, it enables us to identify inactive users and redundant software subscriptions across our enterprise and business partners.
What is most valuable?
1Password SaaS Manager has a reliable user interface that is easy for new users to onboard. The speed and ease of the onboarding process stand out to me.
1Password SaaS Manager has helped us utilize our resources and optimize our AI applications usage by monitoring how AI applications have been used, the billing process, the usage capacity, and the performance.
Since using 1Password SaaS Manager, it has saved us a lot of cost and improved efficiency. When it comes to mapping AI applications, it helps us to save a lot on real-time data. We usually get real-time data analytics from AI application usage that helps us to save a lot of cost that could be wasted on guesswork and other misuse from our customers.

The initial setup of 1Password SaaS Manager is a bit complex when it comes to setting up because I have to identify the main tools and configure them with the existing infrastructure efficiently.
The cost of 1Password SaaS Manager is also high for less budget-friendly or small teams compared to basic management tools.

The support has been efficient because when I call them, they usually respond very fast and are reliable. I positively support the customer support team because they have been good to us and helpful when we need them.

What other advice do I have?
1Password SaaS Manager shows us how our customers have been able to utilize our services by tracking real-time API token consumption. For example, it enables us to track how their usage capacity is within given timelines, such as one month or two months.
1Password SaaS Manager also tracks spending of most of our services and automates onboarding and offboarding of tasks. When we are spending on any project, 1Password SaaS Manager will give us the main plan and the enterprise resource planning breakdown of the entire infrastructure and the cost that we are supposed to cover.
1Password SaaS Manager has AI tracking capabilities that help us monitor team-level AI token usage and spending for tools such as OpenAI and other cloud services. It monitors team-level AI token usage and spending on those AI tools.
The governance and security of 1Password SaaS Manager have been top-notch because when it comes to data, it prevents data from cyber-attacks. It is well-equipped with security features that prevent our data from external leakages that could lead to data compromise. When it comes to governance, we are able to govern our data, monitor, and deploy it where and when we want, freely.
The AI capabilities of 1Password SaaS Manager have been accurate and have really helped us with spending. It helps us track the expenditure of our applications, which has been really useful because we can trade using it and it helps us get accurate data. That data helps us leverage the cost of all our applications such as OpenAI and ChatGPT and their usage capacity on a daily basis accurately. 1Password SaaS Manager provides accurate data.
My advice to any enterprise or entity that is ready to use 1Password SaaS Manager is that it has been reliable in data governance and AI application usage monitoring capacity. 1Password SaaS Manager is reliable and affordable and saves a lot of cost to any enterprise.
