Using the product as a hosted solution instead of an internal solution helped my company deviate from some of the costs associated with the internal hosting part.
What is most valuable?
The most valuable feature of the solution is the ease of use it provides. Cleo Integration Cloud Platform is a straightforward and simple product.
What needs improvement?
I think it would be good and helpful if the solution provides access to other protocols besides AS2. Currently, the solution fails to provide users with additional protocol assistance and API integrations, so the aforementioned areas need to be considered for improvement.
I wouldn't necessarily want to see any additional features included in the solution since it is already a robust product.

I have been using Cleo Integration Cloud Platform for ten years. It is not the latest but the previous version of the solution I use right now.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
I have never seen any problems with the product's stability. Stability-wise, I rate the solution a nine out of ten.

The tool has some limitations when it comes to scalability. Scalability-wise, I rate the solution a six out of ten.

I have experience with a solution named GXS. My company switched from GXS to Cleo Integration Cloud Platform since Cleo's EDI integration area was much simpler while also meeting the needs of the company's trading partner.

The product's initial setup phase wasn't complex since Cleo handled the hosting part. The deployment was pretty straightforward. It was simple to set up the solution as Cleo did all of the deployment, while my company simply gave Cleo login details.

I think those planning to use Cleo Integration Cloud Platform need to ensure that their needs or requirements are well documented before purchasing it. It seemed to me that it was easy to implement if you once documented what you needed upfront.
