Hornet provides a solution for continuance backup even if a client's user mailbox goes down without any additional cost, ensuring data availability.
What is most valuable?
Hornet offers unlimited space and time for backups as long as the subscription is continued. Additionally, it has a 365 audit option for monitoring administrator activities on the solution.
What needs improvement?
The price might be limiting for some clients in Latin America.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been working with Hornet Security for one year.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
There have been no major problems with the product, and an issue with backup was resolved in about five hours during a one-year span.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
Scalability is not a problem, as the company allows for scalability at the end of the contract. You can initially purchase a set number of mailboxes and increase without an immediate need to buy additional ones.
How are customer service and support?
I haven't used the support much, but when I have called, they responded quickly, so it's quite satisfactory.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
Initially, I used Veeam Backup for Office 365. While Veeam is a great product, it required more investment from the client for cloud storage, which made it less convenient compared to Hornet.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup of Hornet Security is easy, usually taking around ten minutes. The client uses their own Office 365 administrator accounts to give permissions to the application.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
Pricing might be a bit of a limitation for some clients in Latin America, although the product itself is good and provides excellent technical support.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
I have used Veeam Backup prior to Hornet Security.
