I use the product to make sure my laptop is seen as being in a specific location. It is sometimes required within the context of specific accesses or content access. VPN also makes sure that our connections are much more secure. If we have an open connection to the Internet, we make ourselves much more exposed to hacking, malware, and intercepting of data.
What is our primary use case?
What is most valuable?
The solution is convenient and easy. It has an incredibly high number of dialing points for pretty much every single country in the world. It has a few additional security features. It has a function that prevents unsecured access if my connection were to drop for any reason. It’s something I like. It has threat protection features. It can protect my web connection and files against malicious downloads and trackers.

The tool is not perfectly stable.

I have been using the solution for three and a half or four years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
The product has some hiccups at times. I'm unsure if it's my internet connection or because of the product. I think it is the solution’s issue because whatever I'm doing proceeds the moment I drop the solution’s connection.

I am the only user. I use it on my phone and my laptop.
How are customer service and support?
I contacted the support team once when I needed a fixed IP. The support is okay.

I've used different types of VPN solutions over the years. When I did a search to compare the top VPN solutions in the market, NordLayer was the top one. So I decided to start using it.

It takes five minutes to set up the solution. It is a cloud-based solution.
What about the implementation team?
