We use SonicWall Web Application Firewall for security and tunneling.

We should get the logs from the solution, and it should communicate with the local DNS. There is some lag in the solution's technical support response time.

The solution's technical support team has always answered us whenever we have raised a query.

We previously used FortiGate. We switched to SonicWall Web Application Firewall for better security features.

The solution’s initial setup is easy.

The solution's implementation took two days, while the procurement took around one month. The solution's deployment was done in one week by two people.

I would recommend SonicWall Web Application Firewall to other users because it has good durability and security, and we did not face any issues with it.

Overall, I rate SonicWall Web Application Firewall a nine out of ten.

Our company uses the solution to protect our website that is for internal resources only and does not allow enterprise access. 

The solution offers better data protection than competitors. 

The user configuration and integration are easy. 

The solution needs an access management feature with API integration so we can assign certain levels of access within groups. Currently, all users in the same group get the same access. 

I have been using the solution for one year.

Setup is self-explanatory and can be completed by someone with general technical knowledge. 

The solution was implemented in-house. 

The pricing is competitive. We have been sensitive to our budget and would not have selected an expensive solution. 

The solution is more advanced and efficient than its competitors such as Meraki. We have a decent DLP and deal with sensitive financial data that is transacted in regions throughout the world. 

I recommend use of the solution and rate it a nine out of ten.

SonicWall Web Application Firewall is very smooth and cool, and a very user-friendly firewall. Capture ATP is a good additional feature that's been added. 

The latest version needs a lot of work because it's not yet as stable as the previous versions. We're getting a lot of unknown errors popping up. 

I've been using this solution for 10 years. 

This solution is stable. 

This solution is scalable. 

SonicWall provides good technical support. 

I recommend this solution, it's a good product and I rate it nine out of 10.
