SunGard provides DR (Disaster Recovery) services at it's data centers. The service is for companies who do not maintain their own dedicated DR sites and need to rent one to conduct a DR exercise for validating it's DR setup. These centers have state of the art equipment with all possible hardware options and one needs to define their specific requirements. Companies can rent their hardware cages at SunGard Site and have options to replicate their critical data at the DR site periodically. They can then simulate the DR exercise when desired. Additionally Tape restores are also possible at the DR site.

This is a good service, however a costly one. Most suitable for companies with smaller data and application footprint. If you are a larger organization with many applications with a large volume of data it is an expensive affair to pay for the DR site rental on a long term basis. Also, consider the cost involved in transporting your Engineers to the DR site. Application validation work can still be done remotely using VPN access.
Other Advice:
Most SunGard DR data centers are located in industrial areas of smaller towns. They have good facilities like conference rooms, recreational areas and have a good deal of security options. The centers operate on a 24/7 basis. These make most sense for companies who anyways out source their data centers.
