Adonis Platform Reviews

Adonis Platform's main use case is to produce models or objects for different projects. For example, I built some flows for operations where I used Adonis Platform to produce models or objects. We have many different workflows with Adonis Platform, and we work with many different projects for operations. The requirements keep changing regarding what we have to do.

In the last few years, I noticed that more and more organization types from our company are moving into Adonis Platform, so it has become more of a process library that we are creating. Before we had many different process models stored only in Word or in spreadsheets. Now it is increasingly in Adonis Platform, so I can check all the different processes.

I can see all the different processes from the private bank within Adonis Platform, and that is excellent. Because we are a very large company, we are often uncertain about who is responsible for a process. With Adonis Platform, it is really good to check the process since everybody can access the processes, and then you can see who the responsible person is for this process. That saves a lot of time. If I just need a quick overview of a process for a project, then I can check in Adonis Platform.

Once you understand how it works, you can really use it to get all your processes into Adonis Platform flows. I really like the release versions because you can create new versions and check your older versions and jump between the different versions. I also appreciate that everybody has access to Adonis Platform in our bank. We have around 93,000 employees, and everybody can access something that I released in the bank for the bank.

From a general perspective, one very useful tool is the simulation within Adonis Platform. Via the simulation, you can simulate different kinds of processes with different attributes. I think this is a very useful feature and it is very well used in the bank. My impression is that it is helping a lot.

The complexity of versions in Adonis Platform depends on how complicated they are. If you create a simple flow, it is easy, but you can create flows with swimlanes and quite tricky options, and then it can become very large and very complicated. For simple tasks or for simple processes from operations, it is easy.

Something that I miss in Adonis Platform is that we do not have a way to see who made changes. You can only see if you change the versions; you can see the older version, but you cannot see the history. Maybe if I work on Monday and I make some changes there, I can see the results today, but I cannot see the steps in between, the history. I miss the history. We also have an issue that we would really like to use AI, but it is a little bit difficult because we do not want to have all our processes available for external AI. So we have to create an internal AI, and I do not know if we are going to do it because this might be very expensive.

I wish it would be easier for Adonis Platform to have some AI integrated. Also, the concept of rights is very difficult because everybody can access Adonis Platform, but only in a view-only mode. It is a very complicated process with ordering your rights for Adonis Platform because there are many different departments using Adonis Platform and they do not want everybody to be able to change their processes. So we have a rights concept for Adonis Platform, and it is quite complicated. The user permissions are very complicated and annoying.

Overall I am satisfied with Adonis Platform, but it takes a while until you learn how it works. There are many questions from colleagues about how it works, what you can do, and what things mean. There is quite a lot of training necessary. I still think that AI would be a great contribution for Adonis Platform. For example, if you could tell AI to build you a process in BPMN style for whatever process, and AI would do it automatically, that would be perfect, but currently we are still doing it manually.

I have been using Adonis Platform for around four years.

Adonis Platform is stable, but it uses a lot of storage. We have a problem at the moment because we have too many documents in Adonis Platform, and so the storage space is too large and we are struggling with this.

Adonis Platform handles the increase well overall, but not with the documents. Everything else is fine with Adonis Platform.

I interact very often with the support team for Adonis Platform, and they are really fine and really very useful. Based on my personal knowledge of the support staff and their helpfulness, I would give Adonis Platform a rating of 10 for customer support.

Adonis Platform was set up long before I joined the team. I believe it was set up in 2011, so I do not know how it was set up. I know that the licenses for Adonis Platform have to be renewed every year, and there is always a discussion about the price and about what they can do. However, I am not that involved.

We still do not use AI capabilities for Adonis Platform, so I cannot speak to that. I know that the vendor is already using AI capabilities for Adonis Platform, but I do not think we are going to implement it.

We still use Adonis Platform in private cloud, but we are moving to a public cloud with restrictions. I do not know exactly what kind of restrictions there are, but I know that IT is moving it. I believe we are moving to Google for the public cloud, but I do not know exactly where we came from for the private cloud.

For anyone looking into using Adonis Platform, I would advise you to have a really good look into an organization that already uses Adonis Platform to get a feeling for whether it is what you really need. I gave Adonis Platform an overall rating of 8.

My main use case for Adonis Platform is documenting processes. Specifically, we use the process landscape map where we have all processes; we create a new model, map the new model in the process landscape map, add the process owner and process manager, include all steps for the process, and send the process for approval to the process owner.

It is important for my team to have all those processes mapped and approved in Adonis Platform because we are the region with six different markets, and we need to prepare one regional process that must be harmonized and documented. When we document all processes, we need approval from the process owner, who again is one person for all six countries.

Process modeling stands out to me as something I find helpful. Process modeling is valuable for me because it is very important to have all processes mapped, documented, and approved by the process owner, which helps us understand processes better on a regional level.

Adonis Platform has positively impacted my organization because, considering the region is something new, in the last few years we have had some kind of transformation. This platform has been very useful for us not just for process documenting but also to prepare the organizational structure, one regional and six local, to understand the structure much better. We have defined all process owners; again, we have six countries but one process owner per each process, which must be someone on regional B minus 1 function. In the end, we have prepared a lot of regional processes which helped us understand each process on a regional level, including all local specifics such as legal specifics or market specifics. All of this has been very useful for us as a region.

Sometimes it is really hard to understand or find something in Adonis Platform, so it would be great if you can upload some kind of instructions, video instructions, or onboarding materials on how to use Adonis Platform. After three years, I know where I can find things, but at the beginning, it was very difficult for me to understand how to prepare something, where to find something, which object is for what, and how to understand the process landscape map. It would be very useful if you can create a section in Adonis Platform where you will put some video materials, such as onboarding materials for how to use Adonis Platform.

It would also be helpful to have videos not just for beginners but also for some advanced Adonis Platform users, because even though we think we know a lot about Adonis Platform, we probably do not know about many functions that we have in Adonis Platform and do not use.

I picked the number eight for my rating because, as I already explained, it is more than eight. However, it is not a ten because, for example, a few weeks ago we had an incident with Adonis Platform where we received a lot of emails about processes where we were marked as a process owner or process manager. That is the reason I consider that a nine is actually a real mark. But for now, it is eight, especially considering that we do not have any kind of instructions on how to use Adonis Platform and we have a lot of potential in Adonis Platform that we might not be aware of. Some onboarding materials would be great, and then probably I will change my mark from eight to nine.

I have been using Adonis Platform for more than three years.

Adonis Platform is stable in my experience, but sometimes some functions are not available or do not work as they should. For example, when I work on some processes and want to delete a step, sometimes I cannot delete it, or if I delete it then I have other issues. Also, we had an incident two or three weeks ago where I received around 200 emails every minute during the night, which disrupted my sleep; all other colleagues marked in Adonis Platform as process owners or process managers received those emails as well. We solved this incident in a few days, but it is something I wanted to mention.

Adonis Platform can handle my organization's growth and needs.

I do not know about the customer support for Adonis Platform because I did not have an opportunity to try this.

I probably have not used a different solution before Adonis Platform for at least the last 10 to 15 years, but I am not sure.

Regarding how Adonis Platform is deployed in my organization, it is a really hard question. I do not know the specifics; we are part of a group, and our colleagues from this group are responsible for everything and are in daily contact with all stakeholders from Adonis Platform or BOC. I do not know how it works. What I can answer is that I access this platform via the web and use it on the web, without an application or cloud folder; so I really do not know how to answer this question.

Using Adonis Platform has saved our time; this platform is very useful for us. However, considering I do not know our costs for Adonis Platform, I cannot answer about the correlation between costs and everything we obtain from Adonis Platform, so I cannot talk about this investment.

I know that we need to pay some monthly fee for Adonis Platform, but I do not know anything else about that fee or how much we pay every month. Regarding the license, I know that all employees have access to Adonis Platform, but I do not have any information about price and costs.

We probably did evaluate other options before choosing Adonis Platform, but I do not know. Considering I have been here for more than three years and we have been using Adonis Platform for probably five, seven, maybe ten or more years, this was not my decision; that decision was made by our colleagues from the group.

My advice for others looking into using Adonis Platform is that it is very useful and easy to use. It has a lot of functions that can be beneficial for each company. I do not have experience with other platforms, so I cannot compare it, but for me, this one is fully fine. I would rate Adonis Platform an eight out of ten.

In user management, I provide access to users with modeler, reviewer, and viewer access levels. In process modeling, I draft process maps in a BPM environment.

One example of the outcomes was in invoice processing, where manual steps were removed and the process became faster.

Adonis Platform admin should be improved because user management access sometimes experiences delays.

Adonis Platform was previously evaluated before I chose it.

Regarding Adonis Platform's AI capabilities, I am not sure about the accuracy and reliability of the output since I have not used it.

My main use case for Adonis Platform is generating insights from the platform and analyzing processes to identify bottlenecks and pain points. This allows us to set up calls with leads appropriately and work on AI opportunities with stakeholder support.

Recently, I worked on invoice processing in accounts payable where analysis showed the process took 42 minutes. Through optimization efforts, we reduced it to approximately four minutes, achieving significant time reduction and cost savings.

Process modeling with stakeholder input saves considerable time. Stakeholders provide information about the systems in use and current timelines, which allows us to set up meetings to identify pain points and AI opportunities. We discuss how processes can be optimized through cost savings, timing reduction, and FTE optimization with AI capabilities. These are the outcomes we measure using established KPIs.

Adonis Platform is a BPMN tool used for process modeling. We use it to model processes, add user tasks, specify task types, include systems, and validate compliance with BPMN standards. We then check with stakeholders to identify pain points and AI opportunities.

The most valuable feature Adonis Platform offers is the validation of processes according to BPMN standards, which is the primary benefit for my work. The BPMN validation feature makes my work easier by clearly showing where errors, bugs, and issues occur, allowing us to analyze and address them.

Adonis Platform has positively impacted my organization by providing a graphical representation of process modeling. This allows us to analyze how our processes work step-by-step with end-to-end visibility. When we showcase the process map to stakeholders, they can easily identify pain points, bottlenecks, and AI opportunities. This provides a valuable learning perspective and is informative and helpful at our current stage.

I have been working in my current field for two and a half years.

Adonis Platform is stable.

Scalability in Adonis Platform varies by company. Adonis Platform is a BPMN tool that can support different solutions and services across all organizations using the platform for process modeling. The tool validates aspects such as bugs and errors. I would rate the scalability between five to six.

Earlier, I used IBM Blueworks before choosing Adonis Platform.

Adonis Platform is deployed in our organization as a cloud-based solution.

I am not certain about the pricing and setup cost, but we have a limited license for Adonis Platform.

I have used different solutions while engaged in different business functions across intercompany, order-to-cash, and procure-to-pay processes. I have created process maps for these business functions and gained valuable learning from these experiences.

I would advise using Adonis Platform. My overall review rating for Adonis Platform is six out of ten.

My main use case for Adonis Platform is that we were traditionally using MS Visio to create process maps, and one of the projects that we had is to standardize the processes globally. We got this platform to help us map the processes and see how we can have streamlined processes that are standardized.

A specific example of a process I mapped using Adonis Platform is from a customer care environment, where we mapped the process right from the customer calling us with a problem with their equipment until we provide support through either hotline support, an in-house repair, or field service support. These are three use case scenarios that we mapped using Adonis Platform; it's three different maps created from the customer call until the customer's issue is resolved.

In my main use case with Adonis Platform, we got stuck at one point where we had to make a decision, and the options provided in Adonis Platform were quite useful because they helped us map parallel processes using the decision box provided, which allowed us to streamline that process into multiple layers.

Some of the best features Adonis Platform offers include the ability to map the process.

What makes the process mapping feature of Adonis Platform stand out for me is the interface provided, which makes it easy to select all the available connectors. It serves as a business process management platform, focusing on process modeling. We explored optimization, and the BPMN process diagrams created were quite easy, thanks to the natural language descriptions available and existing templates we could use immediately without starting from scratch.

Regarding other features of Adonis Platform, it also has strong capabilities in process modeling and optimization. Although I did not tap into the automation part, the BPMN process diagrams were very useful because of the existing SOP documents we could use as templates, which helped us refine and improve the process models. While using the traditional method of MS Visio, we did not have suggestions, but with Adonis Platform, it helped us refine and improve our process models, making documentation faster, even for those who are not experts in process mapping.

Adonis Platform has positively impacted my organization by enabling us to connect processes with swim lanes, clearly defining roles, the systems used in the process, and the risks involved. It also helped us map them to existing KPIs, resulting in a central repository instead of having process maps in various locations, making retrieval difficult for people. The central repository was useful as an enterprise-wide application that everyone could use and access process maps easily. Additionally, the dashboards provided in Adonis Platform helped us identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the processes.

For improvement of Adonis Platform, I want to see how we can connect it to ERPs and look at compliance of the processes being built. We build the processes, but we want to see how they interface with the ERP to check compliance by users following the processes using Adonis Platform.

An additional improvement needed for Adonis Platform is that it should offer a compliance check to see if users are compliant with processes. It would also be useful for Adonis Platform to suggest better ways of performing processes when connected to the ERP, as end-users might work on routine tasks without considering available improvements.

I have been using Adonis Platform for one year.

Adonis Platform is stable.

Adonis Platform's scalability was easy to manage as we used it across five regions in more than twenty countries.

I do not remember reaching out to customer support for Adonis Platform. Since I did not reach out to customer support, I did not have any interaction with them.

Previously, we used MS Visio for traditional process mapping, and we switched to Adonis Platform due to the potential savings in terms of FTE, time, and better process mapping solutions.

Adonis Platform was purchased through AWS Marketplace.

We have seen a return on investment, primarily through time saved. This initiative to standardize processes globally meant we could avoid hiring two additional employees for process mapping, which we initially thought necessary.

I do not have much information on pricing, setup cost, or licensing, as I am not the person who handles those decisions; the IT team managed the purchase.

In my experience, Adonis Platform really helps with output; when we map the processes, the output we see is easily replicable, and we can apply it to our processes to see how it is working.

I would advise others considering Adonis Platform that it is an excellent tool for process mapping, offering a smooth way of building processes and a variety of types for mapping, including standalone processes and swim lanes. I recommend Adonis Platform for anyone aiming to standardize their processes.

Additional improvements could include a compliance feature to indicate how compliance is managed based on processes mapped in Adonis Platform and how end-users are utilizing them. I have given this review a rating of eight out of ten.
